Contrary to his pleas, the appellee was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of wrongful use of amphetamines, wrongful distribution of amphetamines (four specifications), and wrongful possession of amphetamines with intent to distribute, all in violation of Article 112a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 912a (supp.) [hereinafter UCMJ].
