KANE, Senior District Judge.

This securities fraud and breach of fiduciary duty action is pending in the U.S. District Court for the .Middle District of Florida. The plaintiffs, six minority shareholders of defendant Brannen Banks of Florida, Inc., allege that members of the Brannen family (the directors of the company and holders of 80 percent of its stock) breached their fiduciary duties to minority shareholders by trying to “freeze them out” for their own benefit, and that the corporation committed securities fraud in the process.
