William P. Damico appeals from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County affirming the grant of variances to Sotel, Inc. by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Pittsburgh (Zoning Board): the first order affirmed the Zoning Board’s grant of a variance for side and front yard setbacks and parking in connection with the construction of a restaurant on Sotel’s property; the second order affirmed the Zoning Board’s grant of a variance for the addition of a rear deck awning on that restaurant.
