On April 29, 2002, plaintiff Frederic M. Stiner, Jr. filed this action against defendants the University of Delaware (“the University”), Kent St. Pierre (“St.Pierre”), The American Association of University Professors (“AAUP”), Gerald M. Turkel (“Turkel”) and David L.
