INTRODUCTION

This case arises out of plaintiffs cessation of employment from defendant University of Hartford in July, 1995. In the eleven counts of the complaint, plaintiff seeks relief under Title VII, 42 U.S.C., 2000e et seq.; Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended 1991; and numerous supplemental state law claims.
