OPINION
THOMAS, Chief Judge.
James Beavers, Jr. and Beavers Construction Company, Inc. (Beavers) appeal a summary judgment that dismissed all of their claims against the Goose Creek defendants. 1 We will affirm.
BEAVERS’ PETITION
On November 6, 1990, Beavers sued the defendants and Doc Jones (doing business as Doc Jones Floor Company) for breach of contract and for tortiously violating constitutionally protected liberty and property interests.
