This case is before the court on the complaint of the Regional Director of the Fifth Region of the National Labor Relations Board, on behalf of the Board, for appropriate injunctive relief, pursuant to Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(j), pending final adjudication of the Board with respect to certain complaints charging the respondents, International Union, United Mine Workers of America, and its agent John L.
