This case is before the Court for rulings on the defendant Maryland National Bank’s motions to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, Rule 12(b)(1), Fed.R.Civ.P., improper venue, Rule 12(b)(3), Fed.R.Civ.P., and lack of personal jurisdiction, Rule 12(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P., and the defendant Safford Lincoln Mercury’s motions to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and improper venue.
