The executor of the last will and testament of the Honorable David C. Broderick, deceased, has appealed to this Court from an order and decree of the Probate Court of the City and County of San Francisco, requiring him to pay, in gold coin of the United States, the amount of a debt due the plaintiff from the estate of the deceased.
