This is an action for specific performance brought by Elizabeth G. Beard, plaintiff and appellee herein, in the district court for Kimball county against Margaret W. Morgan and Sever'ine E. Torgeson, défendants and appellants herein, to enforce a contract made with Margaret W. Morgan for the purchase of lots six (6) and seven (7), block one (1), Antelopeville addition to the city of Kimball, Nebraska, and from a decree for the appellee awarding specific performance thereof, appellants have appealed here.
