(¶ 1} This is an expedited election case in mandamus to compel the Secretary of State to perform certain acts allegedly required by Ohio’s Campaign Finance Law. Because we lack subject-matter jurisdiction to determine in an original *247action whether the specified campaign-finance-law provisions have been violated, we dismiss the cause.
