This interlocutory appeal arises from two orders granting plaintiffs motions pertaining to discovery matters. Defendant appeals both orders by leave granted. We affirm.
Defendant first argues that the trial court erred in granting plaintiffs motion to submit a set of interrogatories to defendant’s out-of-state experts named on its witness list.
