The plaintiff, Cathy Savoie, administratrix of the estate of John Paul Savoie, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying her application to vacate an arbitration award in favor of the defendant, Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Company. The dispute concerns underinsured motorist benefits to which the plaintiff claims she is entitled under a policy issued to the decedent by the defendant.
