Pending before the Court is a motion for class certification in this consolidated consumer antitrust action brought for the enforcement of, and participation in, an alleged vertical price fixing conspiracy between Play-mobil, USA, Inc. (“Playmobil”), a manufacturer of specialty toys, and its alleged co-conspirators, independent retailers, 1 who sell Playmobil products.
