Before the Court is the motion by plaintiff, ABB Air Preheater, Inc. (“ABB”), seeking an Order precluding defendant Regenerative Environmental Equipment Co., Inc. (“REE-CO”), from offering any expert testimony concerning “secondary considerations” of patent validity.
