I. INTRODUCTION

This case arises out of Plaintiffs allegations that during the 1995-1996 academic year, Defendants subjected her son to unlawful discrimination on account of his learning disability. After its protracted history, this eleven-year old case is finally set for trial. Presently before the Court are a series of in limine motions filed by Defendants: (1) Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs case as a sanction for having failed, until recently, to produce various expert-witness-related documents that Plaintiff was required to disclose to Defendants…
