OPINION

CLIFTON, Circuit Judge:

Ky Tony Ngo was convicted by a California court of one count of first degree murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, and six counts of attempted premeditated murder, all arising from shootings during two gang-related car chases on the same night. The district court denied Ngo’s petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On appeal, Ngo argues that his convictions were not supported by sufficient evidence.
