JACKSON, Justice.
This is a proceeding in equity wherein owners of the South Half (Si/⅞) of the Southeast Quarter (SEj4) of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Eleven (11) East in Okmul-gee County, Oklahoma, obtained a judgment cancelling an oil and gas lease upon the land described, save and except ten acres described by metes and bounds, together with a producing oil well thereon located in the center of the tract.
