This was an action of ejectment for a small piece of land, parcel of south wharf in the city of St. Louis. The cause was tried by the court, without a. jury, and the plaintiffs had judgment for the undivided two-thirds of the property sued for, which judgment was-affirmed pro forma in the court of appeals.
