MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LEFKOW, District Judge.
Lead plaintiffs, William Lindesmith, Lance Coren, Paul Stanley Cobb, Jr., Maurice W. Mihelich, and Leonard and Carol E. Willig, as trustees for the Willig Living Trust and as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship, bring this suit on behalf of a putative class of persons who purchased common stock of defendant, Midway Games, Inc. (“Midway”), between December 11, 2001 and July 30, 2003. Count I alleges that Midway and its senior management, Neil D. Nicastro, Thomas E. Powell, and Kenneth J.
