OPINION

NORTON, Judge.

Appellant Lyman Lumber Company commenced this action seeking a declaration that a judgment entered against Favorite Construction Company in 1983 and subsequently renewed in 1993 was a lien against real estate owned by respondent property owners. Lyman Lumber challenges summary judgment for respondents, arguing that the district court erred when it determined that the renewed judgment was void.
