ORDER RE: DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR DISMISSAL

This adversary proceeding came on before the Court for hearing on the Defendants’ motion for dismissal. The Defendants appeared by their attorney, James R. Mayer. The Plaintiff (“the Trustee”) appeared by her attorney, Daniel J. McGarry.
