JAMESON, Chief Judge.
This is an action for declaratory judgment to determine whether the plaintiff or the defendant State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Company has the obligation to defend a personal injury action in state court in which Judy Sharon Madsen, by Anna Madsen, her guardian ad litem, is plaintiff and Patricia Draeger and Dennis McMillan are defendants, arising out of an accident which occurred on October 14, 1966.
