*366This is an appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court, Common Pleas Branch, Second Division, dismissing appellant’s petition, wherein he sought to recover of appellees, sureties upon a policeman’s bond the sum of five hundred dollars ($500), with interest and costs, for which amount appellant had in another action recovered judgment against the policeman himself.
