Reversing.

The National Surety Company has appealed from a judgment for $1,000 recovered against it by the admin istrator of Ray Hester. In January, 1926, W. E. (Estil or Peck) Hunt was appointed as a county patrol of McCracken oounty, and he executed a ¡bond, the essential part of which is:
