Plaintiff Bonna D. Mullaly, a resident of North Carolina, brought suit in the Superi- or Court of the State of North Carolina, Forsyth County, against her former employer, Defendant Insurance Services Office, Inc. (“ISO”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Jersey City, New Jersey.
