MEMORANDUM DECISION

WILLIAM F. STONE, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is the Motion for Contempt filed June 20, 2006 in which the Debtor requests the Court enter an order and injunction against Stephanie Skeen Parks, the Debtor’s former spouse, and her attorney to stay the proceedings against the Debtor currently pending in the Circuit Court of Russell County and to permanently enjoin Ms. Parks and her attorney from proceeding to attempt to enforce certain provisions of the divorce decree pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 524(a)(2).
