WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
CitiMortgage, Inc. (CMI) and Chicago Bancorp, Inc. (Bancorp) entered into a contract under which CMI agreed to buy residential mortgage loans underwritten or originated by Bancorp, and Bancorp agreed to cure or repurchase any such loan that CMI, in its “sole and exclusive discretion,” determined did not conform with the terms of the contract. After Ban-corp refused to cure or repurchase eleven loans, CMI filed this breach-of-contract suit.
