Appellant brought an action of forcible detainer, against appellee, before a 'justice of the peace in the city of Chicago, to recover certain premises in said city, and on September 9, 1890, recovered a judgment. Appellee claimed to have per-footed an appeal from that judgment to the county court of Cook county on the 12th day of the same month. Afterward, appellant appeared in said county court and moved to dismiss said appeal because it was not perfected in the manner required by the statute.
