NIX, Presiding Judge.

Clifton Aaron Martin, hereinafter referred to as the defendant was charged by Information in the District Court of Oklahoma County with the crime of Rape in the First Degree. He was tried before a jury, found guilty and his punishment fixed at 15 years in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.

Defendant lodged his appeal in this Court in the time prescribed by law, asserting as grounds for reversal numerous assignments of error. The testimony will be briefly outlined and the assignments of error discussed in the order in which they appear in defendants brief.
