¶ 1. The issue presented in this appeal is whether notice of the filing of a motion to adjust the respondent’s periodic child support obligation mailed to the respondent’s former Alaska address at a time when the movant knew that the respondent had permanently relocated his residence outside the state satisfied due process notice requirements when the respondent denied having actually received the notice.
