Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court’s order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition in this sexual harassment action. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
Plaintiff was employed by defendant as a corrections officer. Plaintiff utilized defendant’s internal procedures to pursue a sexual harassment charge against another of defendant’s employees. The internal investigation resulted in a determination that plaintiff had condoned and participated in the conduct that she alleged was sexual harassment.
