I. INTRODUCTION

Wendy Crespo (“Crespo” or “Plaintiff’) seeks judicial review of the final decision of Unum Life Insurance Company of America (“Unum” or “Defendant”), denying her long term disability insurance benefits under a group policy issued to her employer, with its employees as beneficiaries.
