This is a Workmen’s Compensation case. Virginia K. Rhea, for herself and children, filed a claim which arose out of the death of her husband, Boyce Rhea, who died from a brain hemorrhage on February 1, 1960, on which date he was admittedly employed by M-K Grocer Co., Inc. Appellants contend that Mr. Rhea sustained an accidental injury, arising out of and in the course of his employment, and that they are entitled to compensation.
