The plaintiff, John Voycheske, filed an action in the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court on December 18, 1974, to recover benefits for injuries allegedly sustained by him on July 23, 1974, while working for D. E. (Fritz) Osborn, doing business as IGA Store, Hays Springs, Nebraska.
