The parties will be referred to herein as in the court below, and where the plaintiff in error herein is referred to as defendant, Roy W. Thomas is intended.

This is an action brought on two causes of action, the one on a promissory note and the other for money loaned the Sapulpa Printing Company, and to foreclose a chattel mortgage executed by Sapulpa Printing Company to recover said indebtedness, and also for personal judgment against A.
