MEIERHENRY, Justice.

[¶ 1.] This is an appeal arising from a judgment of the circuit court affirming the decision of an arbitrator and denying a motion to vacate an arbitration award.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

[¶ 2.] Spiska Engineering, Inc. (Spiska) and SPM Thermo-Shield, Inc. (Thermo-Shield) initially entered into a contract August 3, 1994. Subsequently, the parties added addendums and supplements to the original contract.
