The May Department Stores Company has petitioned this Court for review of an order of the National Labor. Relations Board. The Board found that petitioner (hereinafter the Company) had, during the course of an organizational campaign, engaged in conduct which violated Section 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act (hereinafter the Act). The Board has filed a cross-petition for enforcement of its order.
