This is a suit to enjoin the use of a public park to house World War II veterans and their families on the ground that such use is inconsistent with the purpose for which the land was dedicated. The Circuit Court entered a decree that: (1) “* * * the defendants may continue to occupy the West half of Sladden’s Park with not to exceed one hundred trailers, temporarily during the continuance of the housing emergency. ” (2) “* * * the defendants be;'and they are hereby enjoined from occupying Sladden’s Park for such purposes beyond the continuance of the housing emergency, and in any event…
