Plaintiff-appellant, State Savings Bank, appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Union County that granted summary judgment to defendantsappellees Kenneth R. Coots and Barbara J. Coots.
On September 16, 1996, State Savings filed a complaint instituting foreclosure proceedings against Susan A. Gunther. The parties named in the complaint were Gunther, the bankruptcy trustee of her estate, the Cootses, a party holding a mechanic’s lien on the property, and the Union County Treasurer.
