HOOD, Associate Judge.

Appellant was charged in the Criminal Division of the Municipal Court with operating four rooming houses without first having obtained licenses therefor, in violation of an order of the Commissioners under the License Law of July 1, 1932 j1 and at the same time he was charged with failing to provide adequate bath facilities in each of the four houses, in violation of the Lodging, Rooming and Boarding House Regulations of the District.
