The plaintiff, Porter, commenced this suit in equity in the superior court for Thurston county, seeking a decree quieting his title in, and de*483creeing Mm to be the owner of, certain real property-in that county; and also seeking an accounting and determination of his property rights in certain personal property taken possession of and claimed by the defendants as a part of the estate of Mary Wheeler Porter, deceased, of which the defendant, H.
