Staggs v. Wright

This is an attempted appeal from a judgment rendered in the Superior Court of Vigo County, No. 2, setting aside and vacating a previous default judgment of the same court rendered on November 5, 1945.

Appellee herein procured a decree of divorce on the 20th day of February, 1945, from the appellant, Glenn E. Staggs, and was granted the custody of their two minor children.
