Jack L. Terrell appeals from an order of the district court for Sarpy County, Nebraska, denying his request for post conviction relief pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Post Conviction Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 29-3001. et seq. (Reissue 1979). Terrell appeals on the basis that the district court erred in several respects in denying post conviction relief.
