The plaintiff, Jack L. Rosenblit, trustee, appeals from the trial court’s determination of priorities in a judgment of strict foreclosure. The court determined, on principles of equitable subrogation, that a mortgage held by the defendant Ford Consumer Finance Company, Inc. (Ford), that was subsequent to certain mortgages held by the plaintiff should be given priority over the plaintiffs mortgages.
