{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court granted summary judgment to appellee and cross-appellant, the Rossford Arena Amphitheater Authority (“RAAA”), and dismissed a complaint filed by appellant and cross-appellee, Perrysburg Township, in an action to collect an outstanding loan from the township to the RAAA in the amount of $5 million.
