There are here two appeals from a decree distributing the assets of the St. Louis Joint Stock Land Bank in receivership. As originally brought, this was a suit by the owners of certain bonds of the Central Illinois Joint Stock Land Bank of Green-ville, Illinois, on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, seeking a segregation of the assets transferred by the Central Illinois Joint Stock Land Bank of Greenville, Illinois, to the St. Louis Joint Stock Land Bank of St. Louis, Missouri.
