Plaintiff sued the defendants to recover damages resulting from being struck while crossing Grand River avenue in Detroit by a taxicab owned by defendant Ginste, operated by defendant Anastas. On trial heard by the circuit judge without a jury the plaintiff had judgment and the defendants appeal. The only question raised here is whether the court erred in finding as a matter of fact that the plaintiff was not guilty of contributory negligence. Under the circumstances, we do not reverse unless the evidence clearly preponderates in the opposite direction.
