This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, which in the first instance dismissed a bill of complaint filed by Howard LaMotte Shipley, Georgia Shipley Hoff and Sandra Shipley Jones, the children (the Children) of H. LaMotte Shipley (Mr. Shipley), which had sought (i) the removal of Ralph M. Crouse, Jr. and The Equitable Trust Company (the Trustees) as trustees of a trust estate created by Mr. Shipley; (ii) an injunction prohibiting the sale of certain assets of Mr. Shipley’s trust, and ...
