Dr. James H. Harris of Baltimore City, who died on or about December 12th, 1910, by his last will and testament cheated a trust for the benefit of his wife and seven children with certain alternative beneficiaries in the event of the death of certain children, and appointed Charles O. Harris, his eldest son, and John B. Thomas, husband of his eldest daughter, trustee©. This son and daughter were the only children by his first wife.
